Easter Egg Hunt 5th April 10-11am

Easter time means bunnies, eggs and chocolate. And for us, seedlings! We’re deep into propagation now and the polytunnels and germination chambers are full of pampered veg seedlings waiting for the weather to be right for planting out.

We’re also hosting an Easter Egg hunt at the farm on Sunday 5th April from 10-11am. A mix of mini chocolate eggs and painted hen’s eggs will be laid out in the orchard, in a range of hidden nests on the ground and in the trees. There will be signs and clues aplenty so children of all ages should be able to find the eggs. The event is run in collaboration with Tyninghame Village Hall so if you’d like to bring your children, grand-children, god-children or any other kind of children, you may contact Carol at tyninghamevillagehall@gmail.com

Weather permitting it should be a fun day, and a chance for anyone who wants to take a look around the farm and see how it all works. We hope to see some of you there!

No egg pictures I’m afraid, but you know what came before the egg…
